Our editorial team reviews every submission manually — portfolio, credits, and a short note from the creator. We confirm the work is original and the credits check out, then add you to the searchable directory. No follower threshold, no payment for placement.

How long does the review take?
Most submissions receive a response within 10 business days. During NastyCon season and major campaign windows, allow up to 21 days. You'll hear a clear yes, no, or a request for more work either way.

Do brands actually search this directory?
Yes — 89,000 talent searches a month, mostly from independent streetwear labels, tattoo studios, music-video producers, and editorial publications. Brands can filter by city, discipline, and the specific look they're casting.

Does being listed guarantee bookings or brand deals?
No — and we won't promise that. We surface opportunities and put your work in front of the brands searching the directory. What you book, and on what terms, stays between you and the client.

Absolutely — 22 countries are already represented in the network, with strong contributor bases in the UK, Australia, Germany, and Mexico. The directory is searchable by city, so international creators get the same visibility as US-based ones.
